Built around your body
Your weight, height, age, goal and how much you actually move all go into the math. No one-size-fits-all number that fits nobody.
Your whole day, one place
Log what you ate, the workout you did and the water you drank. The history shows what really changed over the weeks — no spreadsheet, no three apps open at once.
No ads, no catch
We don't sell your data and we don't fill your screen with banners. You sign in with a code sent to your email: no password to create, none to forget.
About VRAT Care
VRAT Care is a mobile health and fitness tracking application. It lets you log your meals, your workouts and your water intake, and calculates a personalized daily target for calories and macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates and fat) from the data you enter in your profile: weight, height, date of birth, sex, activity level and goal.
The app shows your progress over time and helps you stay consistent. It is free, shows no advertising, and is available in English and Portuguese.
How we use Google Sign-In
Signing in with Google is an optional alternative to signing in with a code sent to your email. When you choose Google, we receive only three pieces of information from your account:
- Email address — identifies your VRAT Care account
- Name — to personalize the app
- Profile picture — shown on your profile inside the app
We use this data solely to create and access your account. We do not access your Gmail, contacts, Drive, Calendar or any other Google service. We do not use this data for advertising and we do not share it with third parties. We never have access to your Google password, and you can unlink the account at any time from the Profile screen.
What we don't do
We don't promise ten kilos in two weeks. We don't turn your progress into a leaderboard for comparing yourself to strangers. And when your profile is missing something, we don't invent a number — the app tells you what's missing, because a target built on someone else's data is just a well-dressed guess.
VRAT Care is a tracking tool and does not replace medical or nutritional advice. Talk to a professional before making significant changes to your diet or training.
