By using the VRAT Care app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What the service is
VRAT Care is a tool for tracking nutrition, training and hydration. It estimates calorie and macronutrient targets from the data you provide.
2. Not medical advice
The app's targets and suggestions are formula-based estimates and do not constitute medical, nutritional or fitness advice. Do not use the app to diagnose, treat or prevent any health condition.
Consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet or training — and necessarily if you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, take ongoing medication, or have a history of eating disorders. The accuracy of the estimates depends entirely on the accuracy of the data you enter.
3. Your account
- Provide a valid email address that you control.
- Access uses a one-time code; do not share it.
- You are responsible for activity carried out in your account.
- Using the app for unlawful purposes or attempting to bypass its protections is prohibited.
4. Your data and content
The data you record is yours. We store it solely to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may delete your account at any time.
5. Availability
The service is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. We may change or discontinue features; material changes will be announced with reasonable notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VRAT Care is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on the estimates the app presents. This does not waive rights granted to you by applicable law, including Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.
7. Termination
You may close your account whenever you wish. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the service and other users at risk.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, with the consumer's domicile as the venue for disputes.
